International Shipments
Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are invoiced by the courier upon delivery. Duty and tax rates vary by country and product type.
All shipments are insured until delivery. A recipient’s signature is required; once signed, responsibility transfers to the customer.
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
In the same condition as received
Unworn/unused, with original packaging and tags
Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
How to process a return:
Log in to your edragonmall.com account and select the Returns tab.
Complete the Returns Form with order number and reason.
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and arrange courier collection (return shipping fees apply, except for defective items).
After we receive and inspect your item, you will get a confirmation email.
UAE Returns: Courier fees of AED 21 are deducted from refunds.
Returns from Middle East countries are not accepted (all sales are final).
Non-returnable items include:
Baby wipes, diapers
Opened or used beauty & cosmetic products
Clothing/footwear without original tags & packaging
Customized products
Flowers, plants, food & drink products
Assembled/installed items
Swimwear & undergarments
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases
Sale items or gift cards
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Credit/Debit card refunds may take up to 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
COD orders will be refunded as store credit to your edragonmall.com account (processed within 48 hours after receiving the return).
Promotions, discounts, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warranty coverage and duration vary by product. Please confirm details with our customer service team before purchase.
Warranty applies only to products purchased through edragonmall.com or our physical store at Warsan Souk, Dubai.
Proof of purchase (order number, name, contact details) is required.
Items purchased from third-party retailers are not covered under our warranty.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
